2lbs Pork Chops
1/4 Cup Chimichurri Marinade
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix seasoing with oil and red wine vinegar. Place pork chops in a sealable dish or bag. Pour marinade over pork. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides.
