Cozy Adaptogen Latte

Ingredients

• 1 cup of oat milk (or milk of choice)
• 1 teaspoon of Adapt'n Thrive™ Adaptogen Blend
• 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder or cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

• Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
• In a mug, combine the Adapt'n Thrive™ Adaptogen Blend, cocoa powder or cinnamon, and maple syrup or honey.
• Pour a small splash of the warm milk into the mug and whisk vigorously to create a smooth paste.
• Add the remaining warm milk and vanilla extract to the mug.
• Use a milk frother or whisk until the latte is well combined and frothy.
• Enjoy warm as a comforting start to the day or an afternoon Treat.
